• Stay abreast of international trade regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that trade and payment systems adhere to relevant laws and industry standards.

Integration:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate trade and payment systems with other financial and operational systems.

Risk Management:

• Assess and manage risks associated with international trade and payments. Implement measures to enhance security and mitigate potential risks.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide technical support for international trade and payment systems, resolving issues and ensuring system availability.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Vendor Management:

• Work with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate, select, and integrate trade and payment solutions.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Incident Response:

Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and technology partners to manage service agreements, contracts, and support relationships related to payment solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related major from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in payment system operations, support, and associated technologies.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
