• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

• Manage domain controllers and ensure Active Directory health and replication.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including switching, routing, and VLANs.

• Monitor and manage firewalls, implement security policies, and ensure network protection.

• Administer Microsoft 365, including user and license management, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and security configurations.

• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure and virtual environments.

• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data protection and business continuity.

• Oversee patch management and system updates to ensure compliance and performance.

• Use monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix) to proactively identify and resolve system/network issues.

• Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and network topologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and ensure operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related major from a reputable university.

5 - 7 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience with Windows Server platforms, Networking concepts, Firewall systems, Backup tools, and related tools.

Fluency in English is a must.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
