• Implement and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Lead Management and Marketing Cloud to meet business needs.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, Flows, workflows, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

• Handle integrations with ERP systems, SAP, web platforms, mobile apps, and other third-party applications.

• Oversee the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

• Work closely with business leaders, end-users, and crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

• implement security protocols, including role hierarchy, profiles, and sharing rules, to ensure data security and compliance.

• Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to enhance Salesforce functionalities, streamline business processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the real estate team.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce users, assisting with issue resolution and answering queries.

• Collaborate with the development team to test new features, identify and document issues, and ensure quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth operations of Salesforce applications.

• Provide expert-level support, develop training programs, and create documentation to empower users.

• Stay updated on Salesforce trends, suggest enhancements, and align operations with business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related major from a reputable university.

5 - 6 years of experience in a related field, including 1 year in real estate.

Proven experience in sales force development, AI & Automation,  Integration, DevOps, and related skills.

Fluency in English is a must.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
