Description
- Conduct client consultations to understand their protection and financial needs
- Recommend appropriate life, medical, or critical illness protection solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, closing, and after-sales service
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company standards
- Educate clients on the benefits and structure of insurance products and protection plans
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related major from a reputable university.
- Experience in insurance, financial advisory, or sales in a service-based sector is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must.
