  Description

  • Act as a business partner to the management team and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. 
  • Effectively work with top management in planning for and meeting business goals and objectives.
  •  Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to develop structure, processes, systems, solutions, and metrics to enable Egypt teams to execute and achieve business targets.
  • Provide input and guidance on talent management, succession planning, organizational development strategies, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, including new hires, transfers, promotions, updating job descriptions, and organization structure. 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 
  • Manage the full cycle in compensation and benefits (monthly payroll, bonus, profit-share & salary structure).
  • Monitor the development and implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. 
  • Assess training needs and develop learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements and change management. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights related to employee performance and engagement to provide recommendations and insights to agency management. 
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction. 
  • Act as the focal point for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions. 
  • Ensure compliance with the most updated employment laws, regulations, and company standards. 
  •  Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a good understanding of relevant, Egypt labor laws and follow agreed processes. May track/monitor necessary data and information.
  • Drive utilization of the HR Operating Model, including manager and colleague self-service.
  • Manage local employee relations issues, partnering with Legal as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as instructed by direct management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Professional certification, such as CIPD or SHRM, is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources Field. (Preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist).
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
