Prepare and deliver reports on planning metrics and performance to senior management.
Mentor and guide the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in planning software and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
