  Description

  • Set specific standards for documenting risks to educational assets.
  • Ensure that employees are equipped to manage responsibilities and tasks assigned to them according to the defined scope.
  • Develop a documented standard based on organizational policies to create and maintain a register of cybersecurity risks related to assets.
  • Collect information on the likelihood of threats, motives, scenarios of potential attacks, and the expected impact and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).
  • Work on ensuring quality and improving workflow, and performance.
  • Identify gaps and assess levels of performance based on work indicators and performance enhancement.
  • Monitor security events and analyze digital evidence to identify cyberattacks before they occur.
  • Provide periodic reports to higher management on cybersecurity incidents within the organization.
  • Review internal investigations and audits, whether conducted internally or externally, and follow up on their implementation.
  • Assign responsibilities and follow up on pending tasks and risk reduction opportunities.
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure work quality and continuity.
  • Participate in committees and meetings held with other departments and relevant external parties.
  • Participate in training courses and workshops aimed at developing general management competencies.
  • Develop internal systems to evaluate performance and follow up on staff development for improved performance.
  • Submit recommendations and observations to senior management for performance improvement.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
