Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP/CRM implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes to recommend Odoo modules and configurations.
- Supervise data migration, integration, and system testing phases.
- Oversee user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
- Liaise with internal teams (finance, sales, HR, operations) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Manage change requests and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with data security and company IT policies.
- Continuously improve ERP processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science, or a relevant degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation, with at least 3 years in Odoo.
- Proven track record of managing ERP/CRM projects from initiation to go-live.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, and HR.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical knowledge of Odoo architecture, Python, PostgreSQL, and APIs is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in agile project management is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-hosted ERP/CRM environments is preferred.
- Experience with third-party Odoo modules and integrations is preferred.
- Communication skills are preferred.
- Project Management is preferred.
