Description
- Managing the overall feasibility, finance, and providing full support to the projects’ leaders in preparation for the Quarter business, review ERP implementation & Annual operating plan (AOP).
- Drive cost consciousness, influencing the business priorities and performance by providing timely analysis of cost and profitability improvement metrics to increase the influence of the organization's strategy.
- Develop cash-flow projections for the organization's different activities.
- Managing and overseeing financial accounting, monthly management reporting, and business planning activities to support timely and accurate financial reporting to support business in the decision-making process.
- Providing budget recommendations to respond to a wide range of issues.
- Act as a business partner and align finance objectives in line with the organization's strategic direction,
- involved in testing and review of the financial business model, align with the organization's strategic direction.
- Collect financial reporting materials for various departments and offices, and monitor all financial, program, and accounting efforts performed.
- Review financial plans and completed budgets.
- Monitor progress and changes and keep the senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s status. Financial Systems & Practices: Develop, maintain, and implement financial policies and accounting practices.
- Preparing presentations for the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team.
- Analyse and review budgets and expenditure trends, and communicate recommendations.
- Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget.
- Analyse financial information to produce forecasts of the financial budget to be used in making investment decisions.
- Review managers' budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with laws and other regulations.
- Conduct through financial analysis & due diligence to evaluate and assess investment opportunities, providing critical insights & recommendations from a financial perspective to support informed decision-making.
- Managing the organization's Financial analysis for all factors with a feasibility study to the organization's projects and financial planning for all projects with budgeting for each type and item.
- Maintain an effective Chart of Accounts, sufficient for allowing consistent and reliable financial reporting.
- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
- With high-level analytical reporting, knowledge of accounting and finance issues, with real estate business sense.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum 15+ Years of Experience Commerce field.
- Certified Managerial Accountant CMA
- CFA Level || Candidate 2017
- CFA Level 1 _ 2014
- Financial Molding course
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
