Description
- Manage the daily operations of the service center, including maintenance, repair, testing, and commissioning of pumps and related machinery.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to support after-sales service and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a service or maintenance role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of pump systems, motors, and mechanical equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
