- Facilitate clear communication between departments.
- Collaborate with the exhibitions and WhatsApp events team to ensure all timelines, milestones, and schedules are met.
- Ensure exhibitions adhere to company standards and meet Prime Crowds' brand expectations.
- Handle Exhibitions and WhatsApp events.
- Reviewing the Exhibitions details on the Prime Crowds system and applications.
- Handle whole precisely related to the WhatsApp process.
- Report any errors to the back-office team.
- Initiate Monthly reports.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and a positive experience with our company.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Prime Crowds' services
- Attend all WhatsApp events and Exhibitions to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 0- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Flexible with working hours.
