Description
- Communicate with the Organizers to explain the company's services and gather their requirements.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Help clients through email, phone to answer all their inquiries.
- Engage with the various internal departments, for example, operations, Technical Support, Social Media & Finance, in order to facilitate the process and ensure the fulfillment of the organizer’s requirements.
- Communicate event details and sponsorship packages with radio partners, mobile operators, and other sponsors to achieve maximum sales.
- Resolve Organizers' complaints and ensure the smooth running of the process.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's services according to customers’ needs and objectives.
- Coordinate teams to meet project milestones.
- Ensure internal communication.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent Command of English, written and spoken.
- Excellent problem-solving
- Excellent Communication and Marketing Skills.
- Highly Organized.
- Presentable.
- Multi-Tasker.
- Flexible with working hours.
