Description
- Develop and execute the CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define system requirements.
- Oversee CRM roadmap, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into functional CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Develop and optimize business processes, workflows, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365.
- Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure high data quality and consistency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
- Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to align CRM capabilities with business needs.
- Conduct training and change management programs to maximize user adoption.
- Ensure CRM system security, role-based access controls, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on functional consulting and management.
- Expertise in CRM configuration, customization, workflows, and automation.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading CRM implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise CRM implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate is Preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CRM best practices is preferred.
