Description
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Collect data on clients, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective clients’ preferences.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
- Study and initiate ideas for annual marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Build relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Masters in Marketing or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-6 years in the field.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
