Description
- Oversee the implementation and customization of the ERP system to meet the bank’s operational needs.
- Ensure seamless integration with financial, procurement, and logistics systems.
- Manage the automation of administrative processes and electronic document management.
- Lead cross-functional teams in business process reengineering (BPR) for ERP deployment.
- Supervise contracting, tenders, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure optimal ERP adoption across departments.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procurement standards.
- Generate reports on ERP system performance and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of the ERP system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM) to meet the bank’s operational needs for administrative affairs, procurement, and warehousing.
- Manage the automation of administrative processes and electronic document management.
- Supervise contracting, tenders, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
- Manage procurement & sourcing, contract & tender management modules.
- Manage Asset & Facilities Management modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in ERP implementation for administrative affairs, procurement, and warehousing in financial institutions, government entities, or large corporations (preferably banks).
- Expertise in ERP project management, system configuration, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, tenders, contracts, and supplier management.
- Hands-on experience with inventory, asset management, and logistics modules.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of: (Procurement & Sourcing - Contract & Tender Management - Inventory & Warehouse Management - Asset & Facilities Management - Administrative Services "transport, security, maintenance, logistics")
- Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA).
- Understanding of ERP integration with financial and administrative systems.
- Experience in BI & Analytics for procurement and inventory analysis.
Preferred Certifications:
ERP Certifications:
- SAP MM (Materials Management).
- Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
Supply Chain & Procurement Certifications:
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
