  Description

  • Oversee the implementation and customization of the ERP system for HR operations, ensuring it meets the bank's specific needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration with financial and administrative systems.
  • Lead business process reengineering (BPR) to optimize HR digital transformation and analyze existing HR processes for improvement and automation.
  • Manage the automation of key HR processes, including payroll, benefits, employee performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and training.
  • Supervise the configuration and optimization of ERP modules such as Employee Information Management, Payroll & Compensation, Performance Management, Time & Attendance Tracking, Leave & Benefits Management, Training & Learning Management, and Expense & Reimbursement Management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security policies, and HR regulations while staying informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making, developing and maintaining HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP HR users and train HR teams on system usage and best practices.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in ERP implementation for HR operations in financial institutions, government entities, or large corporations.
  • Expertise in HR process optimization, system configuration, and compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll structures, employee benefits, and performance management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, or similar.
  • Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA).
  • Understanding of ERP integration with financial and administrative systems.
  • Experience in BI & Analytics tools for HR data insights and reporting.
