Description
- Oversee budget approval processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking and management of related activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.
- Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records of budget approvals, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with evolving standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with responsibilities related to budget tracking and purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
