  Description

  • Oversee budget approval processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking and management of related activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.
  • Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and process payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of budget approvals, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and ensure financial integrity.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with evolving standards.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with responsibilities related to budget tracking and purchasing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
  • Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
