  Description

  • Manage and justify the department plan across all functions and set realistic, achievable goals for the teams.
  • Plan and manage the divisional structures across all functions and collect feedback from the teams and functional heads.
  • Provide directions, resources, and oversight to help ensure that accurate reporting of requirements is needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency to complete performance reviews.
  • Develop and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance efficiency.
  • Manages all aspects of the employees of the department and is responsible for performance management and functional strategy.
  •  Manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all functions.
  • Running the unit on a day-to-day basis, assuring provision and monitoring of quality services.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of experience in people partner or a related field of HR.
  • Banking background.
  • Strong understanding of labor law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English.
