Description
- Drive the HR agenda across the branches. Leads the Organization pillar inside sites to ensure Organization design supports delivering the objectives.
- Maintains an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation.
- Build capabilities inside the branches through attracting and retaining high potential talent in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and L&D team.
- Anticipates and addresses business risks from an HR perspective and proactively puts a mitigation plan in line with overall business strategy and direction to ensure business continuity.
- Partners with C&B during the merit process, promotions, new job creations, etc., to ensure quality evaluation of jobs and organization design effectiveness.
- Be aware of KPIs and the strategy of the respective departments and the total company to align HR processes/practices with the business strategy.
- Leads the implementation of organization changes and re-structuring projects to ensure having a capable, right-sized organization that should deliver the business agenda.
- Ensures that branches-resourcing plans are fulfilled through a robust manpower planning process and in line with agreed organization structures to meet the business agenda.
- Act as a change agent who leads and supports the transformation of the business in his/her relevant functions to ensure business stability during critical times.
- Drive Performance Management Process supporting population.
- Participate in headcount planning for the department in co-operation with the Department Director during the budgeting process.
- Manage all hiring needs at the branches.
- Onboarding/offboarding process with the needed quality of employer branding.
- Archiving room and filing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in people partner or a related field of HR.
- Background network and branches.
- Strong understanding of labor law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English.
