  Description

  • Creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  •  Developing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search visibility and overseeing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns such as Google AdWords.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporating them into strategies as appropriate.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving website and landing page performance to enhance conversion rates and drive business growth.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably an agency background. 
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Expertise in using various digital marketing platforms, tools, and channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO & SEM principles and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams as well as independently.
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
