Description
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search ads.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creative
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI)
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms (a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics, MCM, GTM, and Social media Pixels.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
