  Description

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search ads.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creative
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and efficiently

  Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms (a plus)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, MCM, GTM, and Social media Pixels.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
