Description
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain performance matrices (financial and non-financial) to measure and evaluate organizational performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure SLAs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor SLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
- Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within the organization.
- Ensure OLAs support the achievement of SLAs and overall organizational performance.
- Monitor OLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance management, benchmarking, or related roles.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
