  Description

  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain performance matrices (financial and non-financial) to measure and evaluate organizational performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure SLAs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor SLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
  • Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within the organization.
  • Ensure OLAs support the achievement of SLAs and overall organizational performance.
  • Monitor OLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance management, benchmarking, or related roles.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
