  Description

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify rental opportunities and risks in the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Perform financial analysis and valuation of real estate properties and portfolios using various methods and tools, such as discounted cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return, and sensitivity analysis. 
  • Create financial models and forecasts to determine the potential profitability and risk of rental properties, taking into account various scenarios and assumptions. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors, summarizing the financial performance, key metrics, and recommendations for rental properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing, property management, accounting, and legal, to provide financial input and support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the rental market and the Egyptian market. 
  • Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios.
  • Evaluate and forecast investment performance and real estate market trends. 
  • Perform property valuations using techniques such as discounted cash flow and comparative market analysis. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports, models, and other documents to assist in decision-making. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise on risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Perform due diligence for real estate transactions and investments. 
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and strategy development.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • CAIA and CFA as a pre-requisite 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment banking research. 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. 
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
