Description
- Assemble, format, and organize raw training material, such as documents and presentations, into learning content aligned with the branding standard.
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, spelling, and grammar, ensuring the content is error-free and ready for distribution.
- Utilize digital tools, such as graphic design software and simple AI tools, to enhance the training material's visual appeal and user experience.
- Maintain accurate version records, ensuring stakeholders access up-to-date content.
- Distribute finalized material across platforms, including LMS, print, and digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content assembly, content management, or a similar role in a learning or training environment is a plus.
- Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in content formatting, grammar, and style. (in English & Arabic)
- Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation and formatting (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Agent, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to enhance content visually and engage learners with innovative and appealing materials.
- Capable of managing multiple content pieces and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and propose practical solutions to improve content delivery and usability.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content tools.
