Solution Architect (326359)

Develop new solutions based on customer needs based on existing and new modules.
Provide the Solution Architect library with new videos, exercises, games, and activities.
Author, proofread, and edit new and existing material maintaining clarity, appropriateness, and persuasiveness of the material.
Ensure knowledge about all newly developed material (modules /methodologies /exercises...etc) is transferred to the company's trainers/ Technical advisors.
Running focus groups and facilitating workshops for the company's trainers/facilitators in accordance with the company's Quality/ Academy plans.
Supporting business growth sales visits upon need.
Advising business growth with technical expertise needed for clients' needs assessment.
Ensures the client receives technical support when deemed appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience in Instructional Design.
Ability to understand complex material and to explain technical concepts clearly, and logically.
High Business sense and understanding of field requirements and development principles.
