  Description

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (HR and L&D professionals) in target organizations to establish trust and credibility for the company's offerings.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies across the kingdom, targeting organizations that would benefit from our learning solutions.
  •  Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth in the new market.
  • Regularly track and report on sales metrics, progress and performance to management, providing insights on lead generation, client engagement. As well as closely working remotely with Egypt team to ensure seamless transition and operation of the deals and business opportunities.

 

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales in KSA market, preferably within the learning and development sector.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the learning and development landscape and how it can drive organizational success is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Flexibility/ willing to relocate as the role's location is Riyadh, KSA.
