- Working with internal teams to develop new products or services that meet the needs of existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead the development and execution of sales enablement programs, providing training, tools, and resources to the sales team.
- Encouraging and facilitating collaboration between different departments to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing internal processes and identifying areas for streamlining and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Effectively monitor the sales pipeline, including forecasting, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in [relevant software, e.g., CRM, sales enablement tools].
- GCC experience will be a plus.
