  Description

  • Working with internal teams to develop new products or services that meet the needs of existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales enablement programs, providing training, tools, and resources to the sales team.
  • Encouraging and facilitating collaboration between different departments to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyzing internal processes and identifying areas for streamlining and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Effectively monitor the sales pipeline, including forecasting, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in [relevant software, e.g., CRM, sales enablement tools].
  • GCC experience will be a plus.
