Collaborate with stakeholders to assess LAN requirements and design network solutions that align with business goals.
Plan LAN architecture, including network switches, routers, wireless access points, and cabling.
Deploy and configure LAN hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
Set up and maintain LAN connectivity and VLANs (Virtual LANs) for different departments and purposes.
Implement and enforce security measures, access controls, and segmentation to protect the LAN from cyber threats.
Monitor LAN traffic for anomalies and security breaches.
Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address LAN performance issues.
Optimize LAN performance, bandwidth management, and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN-related issues, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams for LAN problems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of LAN configurations, network diagrams, and inventory.
Manage vendor SLA.
Participate in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and solutions.
Monitor LAN traffic patterns and assess capacity requirements.
Plan for LAN infrastructure upgrades or expansions based on business needs.
Ensure LAN practices comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Participate in audits and assessments as required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality LAN services.
