  Description

  • Technical Leading DevSecOps team to maintain technical knowledge, develop technical skills, provide mentorship, and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously assesses existing development, deployment, and operations processes to identify areas for improvement through applying DevOps Culture and principles.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure the efficient delivery of software products.
  • Manage and optimize private and public cloud infrastructure to support our applications, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Implement effective monitoring and logging solutions, including the ELK stack, to ensure high performance and availability of applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and best practices.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent related degree from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps platform management in large delivery organizations preferably with a development background.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in delivering solutions and software.
  • Extensive Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying DevSecOps toolchains.
  • Public and Private Cloud IaaS and PaaS deployment models and technologies, e.g. OpenStack, Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
  • Experience in CI/CD methodologies, automation, and configuration tools.
  • Expertise with at least one or more programming languages (e.g. PHP, Java).
  • Hands-on experience in following technologies:  RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Database, Unix/Linux, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Ant & Maven, Webserver and Shell scripting.
