Description
- Lead the development and creation of strategic people plans for the allocated business areas to enable the delivery and implementation of business strategy.
- Own and drive the implementation of the HR strategic initiatives, and cyclical HR initiatives, to enable the business to deliver their people plans across the business areas of accountability.
- Develop people management practices to influence the business strategy and enable the company to become the preferred company.
- Plans and carries out policies relating to all human resources activities.
- Work with ExCom, business leaders, and senior managers, whose teams provide critical strategic growth for the company's Business.
- Provide insightful analysis of management information to enable effective people, cost, and risk management.
- Lead transversal HR projects and initiatives and ensure successful embedding of contract services of the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver for the business.
- Lead succession planning and organizational talent review process and ensure achievable talent plans are in place to create a pipeline of talent and sustainable organizational capability.
- Lead on organizational design and change management, coaching business leaders on its effective implementation and strategies for successful change and development.
- Use business insight to identify areas for continuous improvement ensuring that any initiatives are successfully embedded in the business.
- Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices to ensure HR policy, systems, and procedures are embedded to enable a high-performance culture.
- Role model the HR Business Partner model, championing AXA’s values and behaviors, and demonstrating competence against the AXA HRBP competency framework.
- Demonstrate a positive and “can do” mindset.
- Coach and influence senior leaders to enhance or change the culture to ensure that the company is a preferred employer and is successful in its strategic growth, attracting, retaining, and developing our key people.
- Manage HR Transformation of the company to include structural changes and process improvement programs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field From a reputable university.
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience.
- Commercial and financial awareness (e.g. understanding of the external market, company performance, market intelligence, and business drivers).
- Excellent understanding of how the business operates and being able to speak the “business language”.
- Excellent Ability to coach senior managers including the ability to manage difficult discussions.
