Description
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including change communication, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive and engaging organizational culture that supports high performance and employee well-being.
- Design and facilitate team development interventions to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
- Develop and implement OD interventions such as organizational restructuring, process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support organizational design efforts to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement talent identification and development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Provide career development guidance and resources to employees.
- Build and maintain an effective succession planning process to secure the talent pipeline for key leadership roles.
- Conduct regular talent reviews to assess talent capabilities and identify development needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must
