  Description

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including change communication, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and engaging organizational culture that supports high performance and employee well-being.
  • Design and facilitate team development interventions to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement OD interventions such as organizational restructuring, process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support organizational design efforts to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.  
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement talent identification and development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Provide career development guidance and resources to employees.
  • Build and maintain an effective succession planning process to secure the talent pipeline for key leadership roles.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews to assess talent capabilities and identify development needs.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Organizational development, change management, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must
