Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals, regularly reporting on performance through defined KPIs.
- Plan and execute exhibitions and events in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring consistency in branding and successful execution within budget and timelines.
- Lead social media efforts by crafting campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation, while tracking and analyzing performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments and improve results.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials, working closely with the creative team to produce impactful marketing collateral.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments to align marketing efforts with overall company strategy.
- Oversee the marketing budget and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a trading organization or similar industry.
- Proven experience in managing exhibitions, events, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
