Description
- Collaborate with senior team members to analyze and propose compensation packages based on internal salary scales and market benchmarks.
- Assist in matching job evaluations with the appropriate job grades and levels.
- Conduct basic salary and labor market research to help define benchmarks and maintain competitive pay structures.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies in line with the company's objectives.
- Help administer public and private benefits schemes, including medical insurance, and allowances.
- Support the process of implementing merit increases, promotions, and other salary adjustments.
- Work on forecasting and monitoring the Culture & People annual budget related to compensation and benefits.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Provide support in negotiating salary packages for new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR analytical reports and assist in budget preparations.
- Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an HR, Minimum 3 years of experience as a C&B specialist.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- HR diploma is preferred.
