Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all tenants to promote a positive mall environment.
- Review and manage lease contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Address and resolve any tenant concerns or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate the renewal process for tenant contracts, ensuring all agreements are updated and compliant.
- Oversee the issuance of daily permits and ensure adherence to mall policies.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to address tenant requests and ensure property upkeep.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the tenant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 15 years in tenant relations within malls or the real estate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with tenants and team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations best practices.
- Proven abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
