Description
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Manage technicians to maintain equipment for maximum safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose the origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems.
- Analyzes deviations against schedules, and assists in the investigation of causes and recommendations for resolution.
- Ensures regular updates of sales plans and submits regular reports to the direct manager.
- Assess and analyze current production methods.
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers.
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
- Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery.
- Maintains a positive manner and a professional look to project a professional image of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven track of leadership skills.
