Description
- Design, implement and maintain the CI/CD pipeline to support the development and deployment of digital banking applications
- Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to automate and streamline operations and processes
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of the digital banking platforms
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services to support the digital banking applications
- Develop and maintain security and compliance best practices for the digital banking platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the digital banking environments, ensuring high availability and performance
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency of the digital banking operations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the DevOps team

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools in a cloud environment.
- Proven track record in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
