  Description

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service with incoming/outgoing calls or chats on time.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Ability to perform upselling for products.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet the team's qualitative and quantitative targets.

 

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's‌ ‌Degree from a reputable university.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a customer service-related role.
  • Excellent Customer service and complaint-handling skills.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong‌ ‌communication‌ ‌skills, ‌‌both‌ ‌written‌ ‌and‌ ‌verbal. ‌
  • Very good command of English
