Description
- Demonstrates excellent customer service with incoming/outgoing calls or chats on time.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Ability to perform upselling for products.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet the team's qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a customer service-related role.
- Excellent Customer service and complaint-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very good command of English
