Description
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage existing and new banking facilities, closely monitor and adhere to covenants, interest expenses, and other related issues.
- Handle all financing transactions, including facility negotiations, interest calculations, and optimal utilization of funds.
- Optimize liquidity and ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet various financial obligations.
- Provide instructions to secure new facilities or during renewals, whether at the corporate or project level.
- Prepare complex financial models to support decision-making.
- Forecast and plan cash flow to meet short-term and medium-term financing needs, as well as secure funds for potential investments.
- Manage investments in various instruments to yield high returns.
- Conduct regular financial statement analysis for the group and peers in the market.
- Maintain control over financial covenants and ensure a healthy cash flow.
- Responsible for debt servicing on due dates.
- Prepare presentations for executives, lenders, and rating agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or or a related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Real estate.
- Credit course from a financial institution or reputable organization is a plus.
- Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP system.
- Excellent command of English.
