Description
- Prepare and process sales documents and proposals, maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and analytics, track sales metrics, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, travel, and coordinate sales events and conferences.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, maintain sales documentation, and assist in contract preparation.
- Perform detailed analysis and reporting using Excel, create compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and support the development of sales strategies.
- Scan the market for potential leads, enter and maintain lead information in the CRM, and support the sales team in lead follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant major from a reputable university.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience,
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation creation.
