  Description

  • Conduct thorough current state and gap assessments of current data privacy practices.
  • Lead workshops and review privacy governance framework.
  • Identify gaps between existing practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Define recommendations for remediation based on assessment findings.
  • Tailor remediation roadmaps.
  • Draft Privacy Policies and Procedures:
  • Collaborate with clients’ stakeholders to draft and validate privacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure procedures are aligned with applicable regulations and best practices.
  • Review Training & Awareness Material to align with privacy regulations.
  • Lead workshops to socialize policies and procedures and conduct knowledge transfer meetings.
  • Implement mechanisms for reviews and updates to policies and procedures.
  • Create awareness materials and presentations to educate employees on their responsibilities regarding data privacy.
  • Conduct Privacy Operation Activities leveraging knowledge of Privacy Technology platforms.
  • Advise on Privacy Technology solutions to streamline privacy assessments and compliance activities.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in data privacy and security roles, with a focus on data privacy tools like OneTrust Privacy Management, BigID, Osano, or other security tools and technologies.
  • Professional certifications in data Privacy or cybersecurity (CIMP, CIPP/E, CIPP/T, and ISO27701) are highly desirable.
  • Abroad experience in managing projects and leading teams to success.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Strong hands-on experience on the OneTrust platform is highly preferable.
  • Experience in managing and implementing data privacy solutions in large corporate environments.
  • A willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
