Description
- Build a portfolio of clients/ programmes
- Identifying, negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
- Reaching out to targeted clients to sell, upsell and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Identify, develop and administer strategic partnerships with other organizations to release key objectives, gain operational efficiencies and create new customers and markets.
- Develop and manage budgets for partnership initiatives and new market expansion ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Maintain existing account relationships with key partners, and build mutually beneficial business models to ensure partnership’s sustainability for a long run
- Collaborate closely with Internal teams to align partner activities with the Revenue Growth Strategies
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize partner contributions to the bottom line
- Take the lead in negotiating agreements for new partnerships and skillfully manage contract renewals
- Ensure all contractual arrangements are upheld , complaint and mutually beneficial
Requirements
- A bachelor's Degree in Buisness Administration , Sales , Marketing or a related field from a reputable university
- 8 - 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report effectiveness
