  Description

  • Oversees the induction process for new vehicles, including insurance verification, handover from the commercial department, GPS installation, branding, final preparation, and inspection.
  • Handles the de-fleeting process for terminated vehicles, including GPS removal, handover procedures,and communication.
  • Manages service contracts and road assist services, negotiating partnerships with authorized dealers to provide comprehensive fleet support across Egypt.
  • Monitors service schedules for the entire fleet, scheduling maintenance and recalls, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Manages vehicle repairs and services through authorized dealers, ensuring timely completion and efficient cost control.
  • Reviews and approves service invoices, maintaining records and utilizing warranty certificates and insurance coverage to minimize repair costs.
  •  Coordinates with legal and operational teams in the event of accidents or major damages, overseeing repair procedures and insurance claims.
  • Maintains accurate fleet status updates on Cobra, including available and under-repair vehicles.
  • Orchestrates roadside assistance and vehicle recalls, utilizing lifters/trailers to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  •  Collaborates with the licensing team to handle traffic and tourism inspections, customs clearance regulations, and license renewals.
  • Confirms fleet insurance policy renewals in conjunction with the company Management and the insurance department.
  •  Monitors GPS live data and interacts with the control room, utilizing remote cut-off functionality in emergency cases.
  • Oversees manpower planning, coaching new joiners and interns, setting objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and managing administrative tasks for fleet drivers and fleet specialists.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a relevant major from a reputable university.
  • 7 - 9 years of relevant experience preferably in transportation industry.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Logistics role.
  • Excellent command of English.
