Development/execution of category strategies.
Accountable for supplier selection process and suppliers’ relationship management.
Analyze market trends and internal requirements to continuously update the strategic priorities.
Own strategy implementation and take corrective actions when needed.
Drive annual productivity improvements in each spending category.
Lead cost-saving discussions with technical teams.
Run RFx process with vendors.
Leverage technology and systems to drive process efficiencies and generate insights for timely decision making.
Hold regular supplier reviews to drive performance and closure of corrective action.

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university.
7 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Solid background in sourcing and rich supplier management knowledge.
Strong command/negotiating skills.
Good planning/project management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent command of English
