Description
- Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily operations and drive.
- Review daily reservations and communicate with Fleet and stations to satisfy needed vehicles for reservations.
- Develop and implement pricing and yielding strategy.
- Monitor vehicle end date to manage vehicle checking in process and extra extension fees.
- Manage Branch fleet planning; check reservations, requested vehicle groups, available cars, and cars to be returned.
- Monitor “open” rental agreements and cars to be returned and Follow-up on long-term/monthly rentals.
- Handle stop sell and on request and report on vehicle damages and follow up on damage and violation compensation.
- Track OB Rentals, Transfer RAs, and generic rate codes usage. In addition, Create and track new offerings’ rate codes.
- Conduct analysis and propose recommendations regarding vehicle and branch performance.
- Handle and record customer complaint escalations related to reservations and branches.
- Develop, coach and administer administration team performance and development plans and appraisals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in operations management in the same field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
