Description
- Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis.
- Day-to-Day Applications Operations / administrations (EOD, IR handling, users’ management … etc).
- Manage the basic deployments on the different environments.
- Basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different e-Payment systems / applications, and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
- Review and handle reported complaints and issues.
- Perform the needed UAT testing for the assigned systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related major from a reputable university.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communications and problem solving skills.
- Flexible to rotational working hours.
