Description
- Monitoring the performance of servers to ensure that they meet performance standards, such as response time for messages sent between servers
- Backing up data on servers to prevent loss of data in case of server failure
- Installing new applications on the server or upgrading existing applications
- Providing technical support for server administration issues to users who are having trouble accessing email or other applications
- Installing new hardware components on servers to increase their storage capacity or processing speed
- Maintaining server security by monitoring activity on the system and updating anti-virus software regularly
- Configuring new email accounts for employees when needed
- Monitoring server performance to ensure it meets requirements for speed and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking sector.
- Experience with Exchange Server 2016, 2019, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with email security, such as anti-spam, anti-virus, and encryption.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and SharePoint.
- Good in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
