Description
- Ensure proper compliance with FATCA reporting requirements
- Keep abreast of updated development in FATCA and ensure applicable measures in place to drive implementation of any changes
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the submission of regulatory reports from the relevant business/operation units
- Formulate system implementation plans, test plans and perform user acceptance tests
- Handle inquiries from regulatory bodies or tax authorities
- Develop and implement internal control procedures in order to ensure data accuracy of financial disclosure and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure the financial results and all management reports are correctly compiled from the financial records / system reports
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on issues relating to regulatory reporting
Requirements
- BA in Accounting, or relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking sector.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills
