Description
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for the coordination of event logistics for a variety of assigned events.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels.
- To liaise with other key personal, including, events and sales department to deliver service that meets and exceeds client’s expectations.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate various events; develop and review contracts with various contractors; ensure event compliance with established contract standards.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of assigned event facilities including the maintenance and repair of recreational equipment.
- Create event timeline, creating, handling and tracking budgeting and invoicing.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand guidelines.
- Develop brand positioning strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of marketing or any related field is preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience preferably in the field of events and Exhibitions.
- Communication and marketing skills.
- Project management experience.
- Fluency in English language.
