Detect and correct wrong user entries before they cause larger problems. Provide regular user training and support to improve system efficiency. Coordinate with the Odoo support company and follow up on open tickets. Recommend improvements and assist in implementing new features or modules. Generate reports and ensure data accuracy and workflow compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university. 2 to 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP (functional or administrative role). Good understanding to the company's business processes. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency with Odoo, Excel, and ERP data management tools. Odoo certification or previous experience in an Odoo implementation project is preferred. Basic technical understanding (SQL or Python) is a plus.
