- Receiving inbound calls for patient's inquiries.
- Understand and respond to patient needs and issues over the phone.
- Assist, advise and provide solutions to patients.
- Maintaining a professional attitude and immediate response to solve patient's problems.
- Comply with the work standards and processes.
- Work individually and as a part of a team.
- Receiving medical claims and prescriptions request from patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare background is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Flexible to work on a shift basis.
